A $25 deposit fee will be collected when you schedule your appointment. This payment will be applied to your total balance at the end of the visit. If you do not reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours ahead of when the appointment is scheduled to start your deposit will not be refunded. Please make sure to complete all questionnaires before your appointment.
