Are you accepting clients?
Yes, currently accepting clients for Direct Primary Care and medically assisted weight loss.
What do I need to do before my appointment?
We ask that you create your patient profile, fill out the questionnaires, and sign consents before your scheduled appointment time.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring a photo ID, a current list of medications including prescriptions, over-the-counter, and herbal supplements.
How is a Certified Nurse-Midwife different from a nurse practitioner?
A CNM is a type of Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. We can do all of the things a NP can do PLUS deliver babies. A CNM can do primary care, GYN care, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, care for newborns for up to 28 days, we can care for women throughout menopause and beyond. We can evaluate female patients for a wide range of conditions, order labs, imaging, and other testing, prescribe medication, and will refer you to another provider if needed.
How is a Certified Nurse-Midwife different from an OB/GYN?
An OB/GYN is a trained surgeon who can care for high-risk and complicated patients. CNMs care for healthy, low-risk patients and make referrals to a higher level of care when needed.
Will you take my insurance?
We have transparent fees that are often cheaper than what you would have been billed with insurance. You will know exactly how much your visit will cost before you complete the scheduling process. If it is determined that labs need to be ordered you have the option to complete the labs in the office for an additional fee or take the order to any facility that you choose.
If any tests or procedures are ordered the facility you go to will likely bill your insurance for you.

We are able to accept payment from FSA/HSA cards.
Itemized bills for costs associated with prenatal and postpartum visits can be created for you to attempt to get reimbursement from your insurance claims department.

How much will my visit be?
New Patient Visits are $125
Problem Visits for Established Patients are $70
Follow-Up Visits for Weight Loss depend on your treatment plan
Labs, injections, and other testing will be added as indicated
